2. If the buyer requests an inspection of the listed item, the seller is obliged to deliver the item to Batra for inspection before completing the purchase. If the seller fails or refuses to deliver the item for inspection, the advertisement will be immediately canceled.
3. The owner of the goods acknowledges that the information provided about the goods is accurate, and that the items are genuine, not counterfeit, stolen, or smuggled. If otherwise is proven, the owner is responsible for returning the received amounts and bears full legal responsibility before the competent authorities in the State of Qatar.
4. Any items listed for sale are subject to inspection before completing the purchase, only upon the buyer's request, to ensure that the listed item is the same as the one the buyer will receive. If the buyer decides to cancel the purchase after the item has been delivered for inspection, they may cancel the purchase, but the inspection fee is non-refundable.
5. The item will only be listed after the agreed-upon advertising fee has been paid. (If the client decides to cancel the advertisement, it will be canceled upon the client’s request, but the advertising fee is non-refundable).
6. To ensure a safe and sound sale for both parties, the seller and buyer must communicate with Batra before completing any purchase transaction.
7. The website is only responsible for the listed items in accordance with the agreed terms and policies.
8. "Batra" provides an authenticity and quality inspection service after the seller and buyer agree on all the item’s specifications, quality, condition, and price, and before completing the purchase, to ensure the item's authenticity.
9. The item’s advertisement will not be removed after the sale is completed; instead, the contact number will be removed and replaced with the word "Sold."
10. Batra disclaims any legal liability for any dispute that may arise between the seller and the buyer concerning the product and its specifications, or its price.
11. Batra reserves the right to amend the current policy without any liability, in accordance with Qatari law, and without notifying the platform's users.
12. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the platform without prior permission from the platform's management.

For Clients Outside Qatar:

Batra provides international inspection and shipping services to ensure a safe and secure sale. It is essential to contact Batra directly before completing the purchase. If the client communicates directly with the other party without involving the company, Batra disclaims all responsibility for the transaction and any consequences arising from it.

If the client requests shipping services only, without inspection, Batra will be responsible solely for the shipping process and will not be responsible for the product, its quality, or its compliance with standard specifications.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any changes in the exchange rate. All transactions will be processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR), which is the primary currency for payments. Any fluctuations in exchange rates are beyond our control, and the final amount charged in other currencies may vary.

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Any product or item that has been purchased by mutual agreement between the parties is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Neither the advertiser nor the buyer is entitled to request a refund of the advertising or inspection fees, nor to demand an exchange with any other product for either listing or inspection purposes.

Geographical and Temporal Scope of Our Policy:

The site usage policy applies to users inside and outside the State of Qatar, and all parties are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar concerning the terms and conditions and privacy policy stated herein.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions:
